Mamshit - Kurnub Camel Farm in the Negev Desert, situated near the enchanting ruins of Kurnub, also known as Mamshit, aims to provide a unique desert experience, in a calm and serene biblical landscapes. Our farm is situated 30 minutes from Beer-Sheva, 2 hours form Tel Aviv and 45 minutes from Dead Sea Hotels. We offer camel riding trips, tours & camel safaris across Southern Israel in the Negev Desert.
Our Activities
Camel Rides inside the Manege
A short ride inside the manege, for a photo and memorable experience.
One hour Camel tour
Along the northern Incense Route: a view of the Nabataean city and the Yamin plain.
Two hour Camel tour
Along the northern Incense Route: a view of the Nabataean city-Mamshit, Hitann wadi, Yamin plain, Machlik wadi.
Four hour Camel tour
Mamshit wadi, Nabataean terraces, Be’er Ratav, Yamin plain, Machlik wadi. Light refreshments will be served during the tour.
Two day Camel Safari
Hittan wadi , Um Botna, Nakev Hatira, the Big Crater, Ein York’am, Mamshit wadi , Be’er Ratav, Machlik wadi, the camel ranch. The safari includes full board from lunch on the first day to lunch on the second day, outdoor accommodation in sleeping bags. We provide all necessary equipment, including towels, sleeping bags and mattresses.

Recommended clothing for rides: long pants & high-top shoes.
Children under the age of 8 are required to ride with an adult.
Discount for children between the ages of 3 and 8.
Children under the age of 3 – free of charge.
Prices include VAT and are valid for 2009
No pets allowed.
Entry to the ranch is free of charge.
Getting there
Off route 25 about 6 km past Dimona (coming from Beer-Sheva) turn right at the road sign to Mamshit and immediately left to the Camel Farm.
